FAQs

How can Mindshift Studio support me?

1

Mindshift Studio is a multi‑modality practice blending somatic awareness, NLP, guided meditation, and gentle hypnotic techniques. Every audio or session is designed to help your mind and body settle, reset, and reconnect with clarity.

Each audio session is intentionally designed to guide you through Mindshift Moments, supporting your nervous system and creating a clearer inner landscape. You’ll find both deep transformational audio experiences and short Mindshift Moments that help you reset, re‑center, and shift your mindset throughout the day.

What modalities do you use?

2

I integrate several evidence‑based and somatic modalities, including:

  • Nervous system regulation

  • NLP (Neuro‑Linguistic Programming)

  • Guided meditation

  • Somatic grounding

  • Gentle hypnotic techniques

  • Breath‑based settling practices

When Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is coupled with the other modalities, it becomes even more powerful. NLP is a unique model of how people learn, motivate themselves, and change their behavior to achieve excellence in any endeavor.  You can break bad habits, overcome phobias, communicate with confidence, and eliminate any self-imposed limitations holding you back from your goals simply by applying NLP.  Thought can be reframed for a more positive outlook.

How do the audio recordings work?

3

Each audio is crafted to guide your mind and body into a calmer, more receptive state. Some use hypnotic language, some use somatic cues, some use mindset reframing . All are designed to help you shift how you feel.

Most people listen daily or a few times a week. Consistency matters more than intensity, think of it like nervous system training.

Many people pair the audios with journaling, breathwork, therapy, coaching, or movement. They’re designed to complement whatever inner work you’re already doing.

If I choose the hypnosis approach, what will it feel like?

4

Hypnosis feels like an ease‑based drift into calm, the kind of quiet you feel right before sleep or during a long exhale. You are awake, aware, and gently guided, never out of control.

Some people feel a warm heaviness in their body. Others feel light, spacious, or simply more settled. All responses are natural.

There’s no “going under.” Just a soft shift into a calmer mental space where change feels possible.

If hypnosis isn’t your preference, you can choose one of my other approaches rooted in somatic settling, breathwork, or mindset reframing.

Many people who use my audios or sessions aren’t seeking hypnosis specifically. The work is designed to feel like a guided exhale; calming, grounding, and supportive whether or not you identify it as hypnosis
